They do not host VPS thats normal website hosting.
Even if they do I do not believe you will even get one + It wont be for long but probably few months and limited features and probably shit specs.

No one will give up a VPS for free because it costs to maintain so therefor nothing is free like that.

Only for shared hosting accounts i.e. free web hosting, that does not apply for a VPS.
