You mean, map something with your friend, both the same thing at the same time? Depends on what map editor you use. You can't with JernejL's Map Editor and not with MTA Map Editor but you can with SA:MP Ingame Map Editor.

You can use mta map editor just by either port forwading or using hamachi.

Yeah, MTA is very much capable of multiplayer mapping.. "/start editor" on your server
