Hey again guys! Today I'm releasing my very first 'Skin Change Announcer'.
Well, what it does it when a player changes their skin, whether it be by a /setskin command, or just respawning, the Announcer will send a message to all players saying 'blabla has changed their skin to id skinid'. I guess this script can be useful for some servers, not sure exactly which ones, but I really wanted a new idea for a FilterScript so I chose this! I hope SOMEONE finds this useful and handy.
Please don't remove the credits, but feel free to add or edit things.

NOTE:
This FilterScript HAS been tested by me and works perfectly.
