Hi, I have a VPS (Windows Server 2003) and i installed SA-MP 0.3e Windows Server without GTA game files, I write some scripts and they worked well on my own Windows 7 system but when i transfer scripts, plugins, configs to VPS i will get some errors, My main problem is being unable to load whirlpool plugin and i don't know why! The other reason is that i can't compile with PAWN, "Unable to Execute Compiler"
Whirlpool is latest version and i checked config file and whirlpool is in Plugins folder:
"plugins Whirlpool"

I guess my server miss some programs, Is there any way to fix this?

Make sure you have transferred your plugins over as well

I checked it many times and whirlpool plugin path is the same as AntiCheat but it won't load whirlpool

Installed .NET framwork 4 and visual c++ 2010 redistributable, still have problem.
