I added 20 bots to the irc and get connected.It will make lags?

I Think It Will Lag Your Server But If You Use Only 1 Bot It Would Not Affect Your Vps Speed

20 irc bots? you only need one.

Depending on your server and bandwith specs, we can't say for 100% there will nor will not be any lag. There are many factors that can cause lag related issues. e.g;
- Server Processor/CPU;
- Server SATA (again depending on specs etc);
- Server RAM;
- Bandwith
