I saw a request of this script somewhere in these forums, but I don't remember where.
Anyways, I was bored so I made it.
It's basically two commands. One of them is /ask, which asks the question to all RCON admins.
The other one is /answer, which can be used only by RCON admins.
There is a one more extra command, /qdelete, which deletes an asked question.
This FS also uses zcmd and sscanf2, so make sure you have those two includes before you try to compile!
You have all rights to edit, delete and take from the FS, I don't care.
