Well my third release, some Simple AFK system

What does it do?
When you do /afk, you'll get teleported to Virtual World 10, You'll get frozen and Message will be sent to everyone
When you do /back, you'll get teleported to Virtual World 0, You'll get unfrozen and Message will be sent to everyone
