Why if i hosted from my home everything works well as i wanted after i give the ip to friends , my bro ,etc.. i doesn't work for them.

Cause you need to portforward, why don't you look around the forum and SEARCH a bit before spamming it with the same type of threads, there are HUNDREDS of this out there!
