[Pedido] Queria um chat de admin colorido

Eu queria colocar cor em cada nivel de admin pra quando falar no /a nao ficar com a mesma cor
Tipo:
Admin Level 1 tem Azul
Admin Dono tem Verde Claro..

mas eu queria que tivesse tipo assim:
Modelo: [Colaborador] "Menssagem do /a"

Queria um que ficasse assim pq esse modelo nao sei fazer :S

Se o colaborador for o nнvel 1 coloque
