hi me and my friend want to play samp we got win 7 when i connect to a server everything is ok but when he connects he gets a error "unable to execute" he has a laptop hp g6 so it cant be crappy is there any fix?

we use the newwest samp version 0.3e

Yeah Tell him to Right click his SAMP.exe and GTA SA.exe And make sure Run As administrator is clicked on both files, Or make sure it is unchecked from both files, this issue gets caused when GTA SA.exe need admin permission, and Samp.exe is set to run without admin permision.
