I think you should re-install your gta san-andreas.

Try removing any installed mods for gta sanandreas.
Or crack your gta_sa.exe
Remove gta_set also.
If facing problems again,try using registry easy or reinstall gta sanandreas.

As suggested multiple times, I would also say to try and reinstall the game. If it works, it will save you the time of searching up your error. If you do get more errors, and you have a cracked GTA, then get another one or buy the game.

3. Move that gta_sa.exe into your current GTA Directory.
