what system is the best and the simpliest one to edit if I want to add login/register which also save the player's stats?

Personally I think the simplest would be a system using ZCMD and y_ini but I'm pretty sure MySQL systems run faster. You can look for tutorials about both systems.

I have made one in Y_Ini and zcmd.
Simple + fast system filterscript.
Plus it has Anticheat that checks if player is Jetpack hacking.
