I am a complete n00b when it comes to MySql.

I wish to install Forum Software, but it requires MySql.

I have the host at host-ed.me

But I don't know how to have it connect to MySql.

Can Anyone help me out?

First you need to create MySQL account from your host control panel. When done, you need to put these things to right fields, where they are required to put.
