Removebuilding causes freezes on reconnect

Under my Onplayerconnect I use the removebuilldingforplayer function to remove some buildings.
If a player looses connect and reconnects it tries to remove an already removed building. This causes an annoying freeze.

How can I fix this? If I used it under ongamemodeinit() then connecting players would still see the buildings...
Please help me find a fix.
