I am looking for a /Drag [ID] command for a Roleplay server for Police officers when they type /Drag [ID] whereever the police officer walks the player who was /drag gets teleported to the police officer whereever he walks and to stop dragging it would be /stopdrag [ID]

I am not sure if this is the right place to post this but hopefully someone can help me

I can't access my PAWNO at the moment but it's easy:
-Check if the user is a cop
-Get the cop's coords, check if the targetid is near him (IsPlayerInRangeOfPoint)
-SetTimer, GetPlayerPos, SetPlayerPos
