Even if you're asking, best thing to do is contact their support. As far as I know they use Racksrv.com for their UK servers.

US servers are mainly E3-12** (16GB+ RAM), E5-26** (48GB+ RAM). We have two older servers which run dual E5620 but we don't usually rent out gs on there anymore, they're mainly filled with older Minecraft clients.
France ranges from Nehalem i7's to Sandy Bridge i5/i7 and E5-26** servers (16-64GB RAM).
Most of the servers run Ent. SATA-II / SAS 15K drives in a RAID array, some of the newer ones are running Intel SSD's as well.
We don't really rent out UK servers anymore.
The minimum a SA:MP server will have access to is ~2.7Ghz since the client is single threaded. We don't really limit RAM, most SA:MP servers have access to 12GB+ of free memory.
