I was wondering how to create boxed such as this in textdraws, I tried to use Zamaghots Textdraw Creator but it doesn't support these styled draws, if anyone could help it'd be appreciated.

It does works by me, but you need change the colour box

Use TextDrawLetterSize to change the letter size. Then use TextDrawTextSize to change the box size.

Create one textdraw with string "_" and turn box on, select the size horizontally, after that just modify the TextDrawLetterSize in the coordinate Y
