Even though I know it's really none of my business, I do wonder what actuans are generally taken against people who break the advertisement section's rules. In one of the stickied threads it says you reset their reputation to 0, but I have hardly seen that happen to anyone who I might have reported.
I know some of the mods don't really care, but I think that being just a little more strict would help a bunch. At the moment it seems that even people who know about the rules don't care as they know nothing will happen anyway.
