Did you set "announce" to "1" in server.cfg?

If so, then try using the search feature of the forum, this question has been asked and answered many times, so I am positive you will find a solution.

but in my address it comes :7777 not full ip yes i did announce to 1 then also

Ashwinsekhari, Well the ip you see is your LAN ip.There is an external ip for your internet.Goto Whatismyip.com to see it.The routers ip is the 192.168.2.1:7777 which can be found via Run--->cmd-->ipconfig-->ipv4 or ipv6..address.Other can only get your External ip if your brothers and sisters are playing on the Same internet they "MUST" use this routers ip.I hope it's clear and to make your server internet list in server.cfg there is a thing called announce "0" set it to 1 And also disable your Firewall.
