I installed a small graphics mod, and silly me forgot to back it up.
When I re-installed the game, I applied the downgrade patch, and installed SA-MP. No matter what, singleplayer keeps loading. This is a clean install, I do own a copy of the disk, and SA-MP is installed in the correct folder. It's already set to run as administrator, and in compatibility with Windows XP Service Pack 3. Everything worked fine until I re-installed the game.
