They send it manually. I registered about a month ago and only got it after about 3 weeks.

3 weeks, sounds impossible to me. They wouldn't have much customers then. If it is true, then their "instant activation" is a complete lie, and they suck. In three weeks, I can find much more cheaper, and better service.
