Yes, if you have mods, please disable them. And if you want to use SA-MP, you need to have fresh GTA San Andreas version without any cracks or cleos, or something like that. Pirated versions usually get these same codes, when they are trying to connect some server.

What you always want to do when installing mods is make a backup up of your gta3.img. It can be found by going to your directory, models. This can save the time and hassle of re-installing your GTA-SA. If you need anymore help, you can send me a PM and I can teamview if for you.
