As in, would start a server with me if the host and everything was sorted by myself?

I want someone who is friendly and can be apart of my upcoming gaming community. You would be in charge of the minecraft server, choosing the plugins, and managing the server.

The server will be hosted by myself free of charge, and has lots of room to expand.

The server specs:

12GB RAM
Intel Core i7-3770 @ 3.40 GHZ CPU (4 processors)
100mbit/s

This is not a "free" server to piss around with your mates on. This is a new minecraft server which must be a survival with 'towny' installed. But if you think you have a better idea - contact me and I'll see what I can do.

I'm probably not the right person for the job, but the idea of a Minecraft survival server appeals to me. Could you keep me updated when you've found somebody and are about to start playing?

I know it would run. :P It's already running it's just I want someone who has lots of experience in minecraft to come and manage the server for the community i'm starting. (We have teamspeak, mysql, minecraft so far, 2 SAMP servers are also coming and other gameservers.)
