i think it may be related to objects that have been made in the script..if you have a lot of createoject's or createdynamicobject's in the script that may be the problem

Read the link posted by Grand_Micha and reinstall GTA San Andreas and this time don't download gta with mods, because I am sure that you use Modded gta...

well if they are mods he might not have to reinstall gta sa....are you using mods and if so elaborate

I think reinstall is better because if it's modded on gta3.img and other img's if backup is not there how can he remove.In such cases reinstall could solve those problems.
Mods like cleo scripts and big mods like copland could crash samp.

If your samp loads till like 98% and then crashes (and every time crashes at 98%) then go to your game location and rename GTA San Andreas folder-just add something to the end...I add 1 at the end so it looks like: GTA San Andereas1
It helps for me.
