Hello friends, I made my first html website template(basic), it doesn't contain any cool grapics it is only division of everysection, i am bit poor at making cool designs please suggest me few things like cool logo making websites, background layouts etc. etc. and also comment on my this stupid website :P,

It's not really a template, more of a piece of modern art. Forget about Van Gough or Piccaso, this right here is a piece of art and should be treated like so. I wouldn't be surprised if you were contacted by some sort of high-profile web development company to hire you for your expertise. Nice work.

A good way to learn HTML and CSS, and ofcourse how you can make the layout. ;p

I like how everybody hates on him even though he said it's his first.
I don't think he had a real tutor to teach him.

Try to learn to work more with CSS to get rid of that standard look of everything and then get ahead with multi columnstuff and so on.
