30 sec after the start of the gamemode,
players of "5" key could spawn an explosive barrel behind them.
This can be used every 30 seconds.
$ 4,000 will be used occasionally.
Please help me I just can not figure it out.

i take it as
you want to let players create explosive barrels
every 30 secs, and take money from them when they do so,
and maybe use the Key "5" to create the barrel?
