4. It is not the server I am on, as it works for other players

It's a script issue, because nobody else has reported this.

This looks like a server using the NGRP Script, try contacting the staff and see if they can assist you or fix the issue in the script.

I have contacted the staff multiple times, they say its no their error and they don't know how to assist me.

Try replicating it on a server other than Horizon Roleplay.

No other players have reported it there, it's just you.

Everything that is bugged in some way is a script bug until proven to be something else.
IF the script would be posted here we would be able to take a look at it and see if it's a script bug. If we wouldn't find anything wrong with the script, it would be more likely a client bug. (This should be added somewhere so that people can understand not to post any bugs from other servers :/)
