I assume skin model name is that what are you searching for.Copy the name and at the end just add .dff .txd (at your choice) It shall replace your currently skin with the modded one.

The models are located in gta3.img, as they are in the default game. You can access them in singleplayer too. Just search for the model name in gta3.img.
