What's the differences ? A guy just rep me and it's like the 2nd image and i see i have 2 but at UCP i see 3 reputations.

Grey rep = rep given by someone with less than 50 posts.

Green rep = more than 50 posts.

Depending on your join date, post amount and your own rep, you can give more than 1 rep at once.
