How do I make like fire helmets for admins only?

I know this might be odd but I think it would be awesome lol.


And how do you add like text above players heads so like it says

VIP!
or
ADMIN!

above players heads?

For the text, you can use 3D labels (https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/Attach3DTextLabelToPlayer)

For the helmet thing, you can attach the "helmet" object to the player's head....if that object exists.
