Are there any program like Spotify for Android.. And it must be free. And u can add to playlists etc...

Grooveshark and Rdio. Spotify is a lot better than the both of those IMO though.

I don't think the other ones are free for your phone either. It's worth paying the subscription fee for monthly though, I've done it since November last year for the mobile client, but I've been a premium subscriber on and off since January 2009.
