How Does my Gym workout plan seem?

hi,
i just finished my first year of 6th form completing my AS exams, im 16 years old, turning 17 in july,
and iv brokon up from school for my summer holidays, and iv decided to get my self built up during the summer holidays, and iv ordered protein shake and got a gym member ship and also made my workout schedule, and i would just want to share it and get some feedback on it, thanks

Monday: Shoulder
Tuesday: Triceps and Chest
Wednesday: Biceps and Abs
Thursday: Back and Legs
Friday: Biceps and abs
Saturday: Triceps and chest
Sunday: Rest day, (but maybe pitch in some cardio)

Also i would be taking protein shake after my workout for each day, so that way my muscles repair faster so im able to go out and workout the next day, and if its possible, are their any recommendations i could make to my schedule?

One thing I'll point out from a GCSE Sports Science course participant, I find it strange thy you're linking biceps with chest and triceps with abdominals? Surely you could link bicep and tricep together and work on your deltoid with cheat?

Well, in this case I'd already start saving up money for the wheelchair you will need by the age of 60.

No, earnest: Don't overwork yourself. Less is more in this case.
Also, I suggest you to do it if you REALLY want it, not just because you feel that you have to do it (in order to look more muscular or whatever), because then you rather hurt your body than help him.

Workout every day seems too much to me, 2 - 4 times a week should be enough.

I workout each day at least one hour (Only if I'm busy whole day).

I don't have any schedule as my muscles are totally fine after 1st week (First week they have hurt).

So, if you still want schedule then ask someone at gym who is there longer time.
