login to root. or whatever on putty,

cd /home
mkdir TS3
cd TS3
wget http://teamspeak.gameserver.gamed.de...6-3.0.5.tar.gz
tar -zxf teamspeak3-server_linux-x86-3.0.5.tar.gz
cd teamspeak3-server_linux-x86
./ts3server_startscript.sh
Really its not hard.... Took me few seconds to learn 70% of the commands on linux, its called 'trying'

Clearly its in the tutorial that you were given, I am sorry for being so rude, but how hard is it to follow instructions.
