i saw a tutorial of how to create a samp server on 5:34 he said "send it to samp" what does he mean ?

just download the samp server files http://www.sa-mp.com/download.php

then change the rcon password,and the name of your server on the server.cfg

then run the server

then go on to cmd then type "ipconfig" then go on samp add sever and use the ip what comes up on the cmd
