When ever i tried to install vbulletin, the error keeps popping up and i dont know how to fix it.

You spelled "unlimited" wrong, however you should probably ask on the official vBulletin forums for help, as you are more likely to get a solution there than you are here.

Make sure the user has appropriate permissions and cant access that database.
