I have been having this crash for a long time now, about 4 months. After 10-15 minutes it crashes, in full screen mode when it crashes the screen flashes back and then samp closes. In windowed mode (Alt+Enter) it comes up with this error:

This problem also happens on Multi Theft Auto although the error was a runtime error instead, i've spent alot of time trying to fix that runtime error, reinstalling GTA, reinstalling graphics card driver, updating graphics card driver and so on... My graphics card is a Nvida GeForce 7300LE and my operating system is Windows XP.

Do you have any mods? If so, remove them.

Have you tried reinstalling anyway?
(Or deleting gta_sa.set, My Documents/GTA San Andreas User Files/, right click and delete.)

chech if you have somewhere strings like ~b1 or ~~ or something likke that.. i had one typo like this which causes client crash every 10-15 minutes

If you got Mods it will crash How about Delete the gta_sa.set Or if you got ELM. Douse it some times or Txd hack Douse it and also If you have mods and install them and uninstall them on one car like 10times it will decide to crash hope i helped you
