Because you have to hack mta for that.. Mta and sa-mp aren't same devlopers and team.. To use new sa-mp objects you can use JerneL's map editor..

Edit: There are tutorials how to get sa-mp objects in mta ****** it or use the other map editor .

They are SA-MP objects, so no they won't appear in the other map editor.
