hey guys,
i wanna try to make it that the players speed cant go for example: 60 kmph, so it cant go higher/faster... is this possible? and then how? cuz i wanna make it that a player has to TUNE his car in a special self made car tune garage(i make that all i just wanna know how to make the speed thingy) and then how more the player tunes his car how faster he can drive, untill he has tuned it for 100% then it can go the max speed of the car, and i know how to make these variables etc, but how to make it that the player speed cant go higher then example: 60 kph... anyone knows?
