have u made a folder in your scriptfiles folder? have u defined where this stuff goes? etc

Yes, it created the folder with that file, the error that I have is:

When I reboot the server load I do not own the car, so I can not use the commands: / v lock, / vpark, as I said I'm not the owner!

Without rebooting, doing great, but when I restart the owner does not load!

Loading has an issue..., Did you stored the Owners name in right string varriable? like CarOwner[playerid] = "string";
