Special vehicles include - SpecVeh v1.0

This include gives you an ability to spawn one of 4 special vehicles made by myself from objects:

1.Ballon
2.Submarine
3.Militaty ship
4.Pirate ship

This include is from my own gamemode.

How to use:

1. SpawnBallon(playerid); - spawn a ballon
2. SpawnSubmarine(playerid); - spawn a submarine
3. SpawnMship(playerid); - spawn a military ship
4. SpawnPship(playerid); - spawn a pirate ship

Btw, man, now you can use Incognito's Streamer for 0.3e which has now the function AttachDynamicObjectToVehicle
