Hey guys well i have problem 2 days now with connecting to any sa-mp server.Well i downloaded 0.3e (i don't think that's the problem though)and when i tried to connect to a server it shows the circle thing which means loading.. and then it shows a black screen and says "Frequency out of range" and i can't press any key so i have to restart my pc everytime.Any solution?

Yeah..I had that problem... Try these steps..Might help you

1) Uninstall SAMP
2) Reinstall gta sa
3) Install samp 0.3e
4) Then enjoy

I know it looks sounds stupid..But believe me it WORKS ...
