i dont think its possible to make it visible to everyone!,

unless everyone downloads some sort of mod that allows them to see it like that.

You cant Physicly edit the car like that.

But after explosion they don have a front wheels few sec then they re spawn.
Option is already in game but how to use it.

That was just a vehicle bug, it's just a dead car model. (If that makes any sense)

Set the car health to 0, but there is no way to set it like that by default.

The only way he could do that is by getting every player to install a mod to make it look like that

Try this open you samp debugger in console type `/v 411` create 'infernus' car model crash it and you will see the "dead car model" just standing there after crash. I just interested how explosion of car remove front wheels?

You can't remove wheels off of the vehicle, no. You can explode it client-wise, sure, and it'll look like that, but server-wise, we cannot script that.
