PAWN Compiler Error Unable to execute Compiler..

I have a problem with the compiler

Well, xp won't be staying for long anymore so upgrade to w7.

The fact that he has Windows XP doesn't change anything.
Give him advice related to the problem, and stop whining that he doesn't have W7.
Try redownloading the SA-MP Server Package.
If that doesn't work and if you don't mind, OP, may you provide us with the script so we can take a look? If not, make a copy of the script and take out every little bit of it until the compiler 'works'. When it starts doing so, take out the last bit from the original GM as well, and voila!

And Microsoft Visual C++

Try to save-as then compile or run Pawno on its own and then open your .pwn and then compile..
