Last time i was playing on a server and i saw a rainbow.
But how can i make that to my server?

I think its something with the weather.

Thats normal on the game itself, if you look correctly, you are playing offline o.O

I don't know if it can be applied to multi player since that is single player mission with Torino (I guess) ...

Yes,so? Its in multiplayer to.

It's in multiplayer and is just a certain weather. Try some of the lower weather IDs, 1 - 50 maybe?
