Hello, i try to change my fpslimit with the command /fpslimit but when i do it its don't change my fps i do /fpslimit 20 and its still stay on high fps why?
the problem started like 2 days ago
what to do?

Do you have the 'frame limiter' on?
You can enable it by pressing ESC in game and going to GTA SA Options.

You realise an FPS of 20 is slower than the eye's natural refresh and will make your game look jerky? You need at least 24 (what TVs operate at).
