I have downloaded that filterscript https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=120724 but i dont know the second rcon password...How to found him?

Go in the filterscript and then press CTRL+F and type: 'rcon'.
Go down until you arrive to something like this: '#define secound_rcon "your rcon goes here".
Then compile the FS and there you.
In-game type your first RCON then it will ask for the secound one you wrote there. Just write it, press enter and you're done.
