so i am going to post my server log and CFG file. i am having trouble as on servers it says 'retrieving info' and it just says 'the server didn't respond' when connecting. please help!

my script is called 'ben' and i have put it in gamemodes. I put my ip and my port but it still will not work. can you help.

You don`t have same version of samp client with samp server.

Most likely from what i know, it's certainly portforwarding that you have done wrong.

Try these steps:
Depending on router (I've got 6 boxes, 2 at the left and then 2 at the right, and two in the middle

Fill in those two boxes at the left with 7777
then fill out the first box in the middle with 7777 beside the second box in the middle(Don't fill this is)

After that you've should click on sumbit and then go to Assign a game/application and search for it in the list, then add it. and Voila, add you're localhost:7777 and it should be fine.

Alright, enter this site:

http://portforward.com/english/appli.../SA-MP_Server/

and then look for you'r router, next step, click it.. and then you follow the instructions from it. too see if you have portforwarded correct you can type http://canyouseeme.org/ > the site will show you if, the portfowarding is open and correct.
