Well , I am now quite well versed with scripting but I still dont know how to program/make SAMP bots. What exactly is used to make SAMP Bots? Any software? I know its a NPC thing but I dont know how to make it and how to record it's moves. So I will be thankful if you would help me to make SAMP bots or give me its software/filterscript(working), so that I can records it moves and make one.

Try this filterscript, https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=271713 ,it records you and then you can replay it back to you. But it dosnt save and you also need a pluging to use it, everything you need is stated in the thread. I think there is also a few ncp recordings that come with a new 0.3d server package in npcmodes folder that you can let play ingame.
