How can i trun on coughing effect on tear gas?

It was disabled by SAMP. The spray paint makes them cough though.

But i was on a server there they have so the cough when you throw teat gas.

I'm pretty sure it's an animation. They prolly did some math to detect where it was going to land, and everyone in that range was set to that animation.
