i have created a localhost mysql database using WAMPServer and its worked when i register is work everything nice
but when i try to make anyother mysql database from binhoster.com not worked its cant connect also i tried 000webhost.com not work also ... Please help me ...

Just use phpmyadmin from wamp server

click on the icon and go to phpmyadmin, then just create a new database

Are you sure you have all the correct info for the binhoster.com DB? Ie, hostname, username, password and database name.

If they are all correct and the database exists it should connect.
